At Cool for Glass, each stained glass creation is lovingly handcrafted with care and precision. We want your purchase to arrive safely and promptly, and we're committed to providing a smooth shipping experience.
📦 Processing Times
- Made-to-order items: Please allow between 7 to 30 days for creation before dispatch depending on size and complexity of piece. Bespoke pieces may take longer as it will include consultancy and the drawing of plan.
- Ready-to-ship pieces: Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
🌍 Shipping Locations
- UK Shipping: We offer reliable, tracked delivery across the UK via Royal Mail or courier service.
- International Shipping: NOT AVAILABLE.
💸 Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.
- Occasionally, we offer free UK shipping on selected pieces or promotions.
- We offer a local free delivery, if the delivery address falls within 15 miles of our base in Newcastle upon Tyne
📮 Packaging & Care
- All pieces are carefully wrapped and cushioned for protection. We try to reuse packaging whenever possible.

🧾 Tracking & Updates
All orders include tracking information. You’ll receive a link to follow your parcel’s journey the moment it leaves the studio.
📬 Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your item arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue—either through a replacement (if available) or a refund.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
At Cool for Glass, we want you to love your piece as much as we loved creating it.
🤝 Returns
- Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned safely to avoid damage in transit.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom or made-to-order items, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
🔄 Exchanges
- Need to exchange a ready-made item? Reach out within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll happily arrange it if stock allows.
